Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 and able to accept these terms under the laws applicable to you. Keep access to your sign-in email and Google account secure. Use accurate account information and do not impersonate another person. SCNT.LOL is not a service for children under 16.

Your content and permission to display it

You keep your rights to your original text and photos. You grant SCNT.LOL permission to host, sanitize, resize, display and deliver your content to provide the service according to your visibility choices. You must have the rights and permission needed to upload it. Removing personal content ends future use for the service, subject to cleanup, legal obligations and the shared catalog/history rules in the contribution policy.

Acceptable use

Follow the Community Guidelines. Do not harass, impersonate, expose someone else's private information, upload unlawful material, infringe rights, automate abuse, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Do not scrape or bulk copy data without permission. Fragrance opinions and affinity scores are not medical advice or scientific conclusions.

Moderation and appeals

We may restrict or remove content and accounts to address violations, safety, rights complaints or legal obligations. We aim to give the relevant reason where doing so is appropriate and safe. Send an appeal to the support email with the affected handle, content and decision; do not send passwords or sign-in codes. We review the context and can reverse a mistaken decision. We do not promise a fixed response deadline.

Availability and ending use

The active service is free. Features and availability may change, and maintenance or provider failures can interrupt access. Export your data when you need a personal copy. You may stop using the service and delete your account from Settings. We may end access for serious or repeated violations.

We do not guarantee catalog completeness, uninterrupted availability or fragrance suitability. These terms do not exclude protections or remedies that applicable law makes mandatory. Any proposed future paid service will have separately stated terms; this version does not introduce billing.
